What happens next after I place my order?

Once you place your order and pay the reservation fee, we'll confirm your configuration and delivery date by email. Your order will then move into production and we'll keep you updated at key stages.

How much is the reservation fee?

The reservation fee for Pedal 4 is £100 and is required to secure your order.

Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is fully refundable. Full details will be confirmed in your order confirmation.

Can I change my Pedal 4 configuration after placing a deposit?

You can request changes up until the unit enters production. After this point, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order up until the vehicle enters production. Cancellation terms depend on the stage of your order.

What happens if I cancel after production has started?

Orders cancelled after production has started will be subject to full loss of the deposit.

Payment & Financing

When do I pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance is due before the vehicle is shipped. We'll notify you ahead of time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit or debit cards, bank transfer, and financing options. Availability may vary by country. Card payments may incur additional fees.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We can put you in touch with finance partners who will be able to advise on financing options. Eligibility and terms apply.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 8 weeks from order confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on configuration, destination and volumes.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we're shipping to the UK. We start delivering in the EU in Q3 2026 - contact us for pre-orders!

What happens if my Pedal 4 is delayed?

If there are any delays, we'll notify you as soon as possible and provide updated delivery estimates.

Will I be notified before delivery?

Yes, we'll contact you ahead of delivery to confirm timing and any access requirements.

What happens on delivery day?

Your Pedal 4 will be delivered by courier. We'll be in touch to explain delivery.

Is assembly required on delivery?

Pedal 4 arrives fully assembled and ready to go!

Returns & Warranty

What warranty does Pedal 4 come with?

Pedal 4 comes with a 2 to 5 year warranty, depending on purchase model, covering manufacturing defects. Full terms will be provided with your order.

Can I return Pedal 4 after delivery?

Returns are accepted within 14 days, subject to our returns policy.
